There is a concept I have used for years when describing productivity. I don't know where I picked it up, but it has served me well for a long time. It's called "ONE-TO-MANY". I like to think of it as atomic (picking the concept introduced by James Clear in his book, Atomic Habits. The idea is that if you can do a task that impacts multiple other tasks in the process, you can leverage your time and energy to get more done without burning yourself out.
An example is how I am doing a Friday live session every week. I go live for 20-30 minutes talking about the art of excellence. While this session is live, it is also being recorded and transcribed. This allows we the opportunity to repurpose the content as blog posts, video blog, podcast, an eventual book, and even an online course. I prep and produce the weekly live sessions and have many ways to use the content. One-To-Many.
Living a life that is becoming the fullest expression of your unique, God-given design is an atomic way of life; a one-to-many way of life. That's because, when you are in your zone of excellence, you are at the peak of your use of time and energy. You can get more done in less time because it comes more naturally to you. The fulfillment in the day further fuels your progress because you feel good about what you're doing.
So are you becoming the fullest expression of your unique, God-given design today? I sure hope so. The alternative is to be working too hard with too much frustration.
